Service Description

Our lobby is the perfect event space! With an array of presentation and AV capabilities, plus the ability to combine with the Stead Executive Conference Suite, the lobby is perfect for your next special event. It can be set up in multiple seating arrangements. A 1-day rental allows you to use the lobby for up to 8 hours. ROOM AMENITIES - Speaker podium available - 65" video monitor - Standard HDMI Cable - Chromecast (for wireless presenting) - Up to 5 3'x6' rectangular tables (wheeled for easy room adjustment) - Up to 18 cushioned chairs (wheeled for easy room adjustment) - Standard configuration is board room, you are welcome to change during the meeting - Extension cords for easy charging
