Following is an overview of the week long sessions we have planned. Online registration will open up on this website starting April 1, please. return from that date to sign up!

LEGO® Challenge
Dates: June 15-18
Ages: Incoming 3rd, 4th and 5th graders.
Sessions: One in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Teacher: Mrs. Ruden.
Description: Innovate 120’s LEGO® Challenge is a hands-on summer camp to take on exciting LEGO® engineering challenges as they design, test, and improve their creations. Students will explore real science and engineering concepts like structure, stability, motion, and design — all while strengthening critical thinking and perseverance. Bring your creativity and curiosity, and get ready to build something amazing at Innovate 120!

Toys and Simple Machines
Dates: July 29-July 2
Ages: Incoming 1st and 2nd graders.
Sessions: One in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Teacher: Mr. Gavin.
Description: Has your student ever wanted to take apart their toys to see how they work? Now they won’t have to! Over a four day experience, we will explore the physics concepts of simple machines through the lens of popular children' s toys. These machines include levers, ramps, pulleys, and more! Who knew toys could lead to the problem solving skills of their future?

Coding Micro:bits
Dates: July 20-23
Ages: Incoming 3rd, 4th and 5th graders.
Sessions: Morning session only.
Teacher: Mrs. Spain.​

Description: Ready to turn your imagination into real-world technology? Join us for a high-energy, hands-on journey into the world of electronics and coding! Using the SparkFun Inventor’s Kit and the pocket-sized micro:bit computer, you won't just play with gadgets—you’ll build them.

Bridges & Beyond
Dates: July 20-23
Ages: Incoming 5th, 6th and 7th graders.
Session: Afternoon session only.
Teacher: Mrs. Wold.​
Description: Ready to master the art of the "Big Build"? Join us for a high-energy Civil Engineering camp where we move from the drawing board to the construction site. For the camp finale, watch the "stress test" live to see which bridges hold strong and which ones snap in spectacular fashion! Can you build the strongest span?
All classes will end Thursdays with a family open house at the end of each session.
